Refund policy

Contact us by email info@thearborgrove.com before returning any product. We will process the return and refund you as soon as possible. We accept all returns.

All returns must be within 10 calendar days after the order completed, as long as the item is not be used and in its original packaging.

Customer can apply fully amount of refund only if the items were received in bad quality. Otherwise, we will deduct the shipping cost of the order.

Customer could send an email with pictures and the description of the problem of the item to info@thearborgrove.com, within 10 calendar days after the order completed to apply a refund.

Customer is responsible for return costs.

The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. The Arbor Grove reserves the right to charge the customer for any missing parts. Be sure to include all of your information so we can process your return/exchange as quickly as possible.

The Arbor Grove is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from The Arbor Grove.
